Berlishire (BLSR) is small seaside town that was founded on the 22nd of July by CM_Raiders. Berlishire aims to be a carbon emitting vehicle free city, as such, current transport infrastructure (excluding onenorth mainline and onenorth regional transport) consists of the electric tram and bike renting services. Citizens of Berlishire are permitted to own private vehicles, so long as they are electric or hybrids, any non electric cars are subject to an extra taxation rate by the Berlishire Government. Berlishire also aims to remain neutral in Gardellia conflicts, and provide refuge for those displaced from their originating city.
